Miroslav Kejmar
about the KORDICK Instruments

Miroslav Kejmar is the principal trumpet with the Czech  Philharmonic Orchestra in Prague and plays with the “Ten of the Best” ensemble..

As a member of the jury at the 8th International Brass Ensemble Championships in Passau, Miroslav Kejmar took the time to put some of my instruments to intensive testing.
His views on my instruments, which he recorded in hand-written notes, give me particular pleasure because they offer confirmation that all the effort I put into good intonation and ease of playing is worthwhile

Literal translation of Miroslav Kejmar’s hand-written appraisal, shown on the left, of the KORDICK instruments he took time to play.

I tested the instruments made by
Mr. MICHAEL KORDICK and found their
sound, intonation and ease of playing to be outstanding.
I tested two
flugelhorns, a C trumpet
and two
piccolo trumpets in B / A.
All instruments are very well made.
Truly outstanding
instrument-making.
I really have to recommend these instruments, especially
for students and professional musicians.
I can only hope and wish that Mr. KORDICK continues to produce many more of these fine instruments over coming years.
With best wishes,

Miroslav Kejmar
